Hi, you might want to see the old FRs to gather some idea. All in all CD and CQ very bad for cheonging... but the girls definitely premium.
If money is no issue, just go to their KTV. If you like to cheong like the local does, get on a cab. Most cab drivers will know where to go for action. I once went in CD, man if you have been to CP BBS and find it scary, try CD. My small head overruled and boy what a scary trip!
Remember always negotiate for BBS, they will charge you foreigner price. Most will not go back to your hotel, especially the prettier ones.
CQ BBS (the real action one all far away from City central) my friend tried. Said very good.
Since you seem to be based there, why not try your fishing skills. CD and CQ too many pretty girls... no joke...
