This story tells us that never make full payment before the deed is done though it could be very tempting. From their view point, they r afraid we may run off rite after but no, we r not going to compromise on that. Ideally, we show them the cash upfront, hold back & pay them oni once the show's over, if they refuse then so b it, the deal's off.
