My humble 2 cents to all here is, let’s keep these type of conversations out of this forum. SBF as a commercial sex forum has always been frowned upon but I imagine still somewhat tolerated by the powers-that-be, let’s not cross the red lines.
To the OP, my humble 5 cents to you is, all types of narcotics can stress the heart and sildenafil (Viagra) definitely does. Best to avoid, especially when you don’t need it, and mixing of anything even with just alcohol - you’ll be playing Russian Roulette essentially as nobody has any idea how your body will respond.
