From experience there is this famous place called hookers hill around itaewon but the prices there normally quite high and you have to negotiate a fair bit. Just show that you know your stuff and you are not some newbie or dumb tourist. If not usually if you walk around yu will see some of those blue red and white spinning spirals signs like how we have outside barber shops in sg. Thats usually a sign that there is a brothel or some dirty massage place. This is from what i rmb not sure if things have changed though
