agree with the boss. i personally used to last longer, a lot longer, and i realised that it is due to a very long foreplay (foreplay plus sex =2 hours). got lazy recently and it doesnt last (2 miserable minutes sometimes, or lesser, damn fucking sad.).

whether good or bad it depends on how YOU like it AND HOW your future gf/wife likes it. one of my ex likes it rough, some find excitement in the public/office, but most of them wants it as long as possible (except for one).
