You cannot just buy at pharmacy here without doctor's prescription. It is not OTC meds.
However there was talk lately about possibility of selling this kind of meds OTC, cialis or viagra, if I am not mistaken. Read it somewhere. I think there will be huge social and health problems though if it happens
