The house for JF and JR. The information came from the OKT uncle's mouth. Cannot vouch for its accuracy. Saw two other newbies before (Knew at least 2) But didn't know they had so many. Anyway, it is very competitive landscape. Quality not as good and difficult economy will result in high attrition.
