True true. I have stopped pccing and viewing porn, today day 4.

Was thinking should I go JG? What is JG exactly? Isnt it the same as HJ? I Never JG before..can anyone recommend?

Also looking to eat supplement such as korean red ginseng or tongkat ali. Any thoughts?
