The accommodation is a total shithole. The last time I was there, there was a cockroach crawling around while the girl and I was in the shower. Needless to say, the place is filthy. Room looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in forever. It’s a pity because I actually quite like the selection of girls from time to time. The accommodation makes me never want to return though. But hor, if the place not clean, won't the FLs actually clean up the area themselves if the OKT bo chup? They can pool $ to get supplies to wash floor etc. As for the hot water situation, yeah that one, have to ask Okt to pay and fix cos the cost for that will be a lot more and probably the FLs won't want to pay for that.

I've done quite a number of bookings with EMM previously, from what i know they have two separate location, one is central and another one is at East. The one with the broken water heater is at the East, yes the place is quite run down but the one located at Central is actually quite nice.

Last time when i tried Audi was at the Central apartment, the room comes with an intact toilet and mirror wardrobe and fresh towels too. If any brother thinking of trying Audi can confirm with OKT 1st with the location then proceed with the booking. Hope this helps.
