Google owns Rand coy in US which also owns Uber. So this is top down biz structure.

Google is considered super high Tech company like Xerox has Alto Palo which is their R & D division.

Uber is a technology driven taxi biz, and does not compete with laid back no / low tech taxi companies. And somemore no tech owned by bully PAP NTUC gangster.

Many ride sharing competitors have been created to compete with Google Rand Uber.

Some may win bigger shares of ride sharing biz in their own...
