Even mickey mouse is hard. 1500-2000 is possible. 800 is out of the question.

Actually 1 time I saw 400 nia 1br unit but too far from workplace>< but just once. All this 1br rental from gov only abt $30 thats why 800 is 可能one. Just that I dont know go where find. Ps i know it isnt legal to rent out that unit but ppl are doing it haha
