For such imergencies cases, you should call any of these numbers who can immediately provide you with the information depending on the phone you have.

Singtel hotline - 1626
M1 hotline - 1627
Starhub hotline - 1633

If that also cannot, call 911, definitely for emergencies.

Well i managed to get a bonk eventually.

Reached lor 8 at around 1am and kept walking round and round for 2 hours.
