I use samsung phone and also received sms from the cb tsrj website. There is a function to block it.

Go to messages. Then select the three dots at the top right corner to go into the settings. Select block phrases.

Now you can block the phrases that are always associated with the website. Eg. wolf, wolves, tsrj, etc.

Not sure about iphones though
