Watery discharge like urine and very thin

I have check up with gonerrhea and Chlamydia PCR urine test. Both come out negative. Basic urine test always show no sign of infection. What should I do? Does yeast infection cause this thing watery discharge?

Go for more STD test and find out if there are other deasese.

Go DSC and do full checkup. If you cannot wait for appointment, just walk-in
