TS doesn't meet those criteria as it is not due to input, but rather her output that is the cause of her problem.

I loaned TS some money to tide through in the beginning but couldn't sustain and thus she jumped onto the offer when it arose. In anycase, lets give TS a break and hope she can pull through this period.

In SG as long as you are citizen, hospital will always treat you first without paying. How I know? I have over 10k of medical bill from 3 different hospital. And it's all settled because I applied for medifund from all 3 hospital.

And FYI again, if you have financial difficulties, you can approach Social Service and apply for govt fund if you can prove that you are not well and not able to have stable income and if you have debts. How I know? Cuz I also applied before.

Hope the above helps. Always rely on yourself and not betray your own soul. SD is never a long term solution.

It is hard to explain the whole story but I replied Sherbet in hospital after I got my friend to get my hp screen fixed. It was smashed while I was overseas work trip.

Can't blame Sherbet as she was in a tight spot without money to see her condition and mind can really go wild de. The money came in handy for her but couldn't last long given her deep abyss....
