Actually this was the point I was trying to make when discussing ML wages. Most MP I know do not pay a fixed basic salary. Commission is only available after meeting the monthly sales target of $4-8K. HJ is only available at higher hourly massage rate. If caught offering HJ at lower hourly massage rate, ML gets fined (heard $1K each time from some MPs). The previous calculation is very optimistic.

Most MLs I know do not get a fixed salary, 20% commission from 1st dollar up and get to keep their special services fees. The commission from 1st dollar up system ended around 2012 from my observation. Remember last time MP have 15 min, 30 min, 45 min massages? Now mostly 60, 90, 120 minutes.

Not sure if this is a realistic figure in prc. Small offences are also fined. Room not cleaned properly. Damaged toilet fixture. Take extra off hours or day off work, even with MC, get fined.

And they still find it worth their while! So just imagine what they earn (before deducting all these costs).

Definitely earn quite a lot la...if not they won't be staying for so long. In fornt of us they try to act very "chang"惨!

I do wonder why, given the xchg rate of SGD:RM is so unfavourable to RM, yet there are ML whom i know have worked here before, now migrate over to work in JB

Maybe cost of living is slightly lower..larger catchment area also to fish some BIG fish
